I was raised in Emery, SD and started in construction when I was 19 years old working with concrete. Then transitioned into construction with building and remodeling. I found my skills were best suited for the challenges, fine details, and problem solving required to be a great remodeler.
Even though I’ve built homes, remodeling and making something old new again was very fulfilling and satisfying. Why stop a successful remodeling business? I found the body can only take so many years of hard labor. Now at the close of my construction career of 25 years, I knew the Home Inspection business was the transition, with my experience, that made perfect sense. Hence how our tag line: “Experience that Makes Sense” emerged.
Who better to inspect your home than someone who has de-constructed, constructed, and fixed every issue on a home inside and out! Who has also worked side-by-side with Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing professionals and is very familiar with their processes as well.
If my many clients were to describe me – they would say that I am very easy-going, fun, ethical, and very knowledgeable. Over the years, they weren’t just clients – but became like family. And that is how I treat each and every client – with respect and like family. We hope that you, too, will find our “experience” to be in your favor when it comes to the sale or purchase of your home!
